The barns are still there!and through the woods - Grandmother’s house is for sale!  Actually, it has been just about forever since the property belonged to my Mother-in-Law, but when the family first came here in the 60’s, they bought 40 acres in the Selle Valley, north of Sandpoint.  The tiny little house on 10 acres across from Northside School was hers in 1978 when Ray and I were married.   Of course, there have been additions and revisions made by subsequent owners, but some things are still the same.  The old barn is still there, and the great old wood-floored garage.  The tiny trees are big now, but there’s still the same view of Schweitzer Mountain that took this Ohio girl’s breath away!  What a beautiful spot!   The current owners are moving on, and by chance alone, Ray and I are the listing agents for Grandma’s farm!  Check out our link to the Selkirk MLS, and look at #2082430.  As Dawn says, it’s just full-circle perfect that Ray and I are once again connected to that property.
